Dates Chopped-Diced
Whole Dates are cheaper than the chopped Dates that we supply, however I find the convenience of having them chopped worth the extra cost as I don't tend to eat dates whole but I do use them to make various forms of paste out of and not having to chop them is a real time saver.
For instance I mix them with Prune Juice and some Colloidal Silver (as a preservative) along with a small amount of the Date Molasses, I then purée this with my handheld blender (wand) I then use this as the sweetening agent in my breakfast cereal, which consists of one Banana roasted (Buckwheat, Sesame, Linseed/Flaxseed). Also using the hand wand coffee grinder blender attachment I quickly grind sesame and linseed (I do this for the added health benefits of the unheated seeds).

I would suggest that the most holistic & cheapest way of increasing the alkalinity of your drinking water is to add a teaspoon of (Dolomite, Azomite & Diatomaceous Earth Mix) to a 1 ltr container of water, give it a shake and let it sit for a day, ph will rise to around 8.2, it will not look crystal clear and it has a slight milky taste, which I quite like. This way you are not only getting the benefit of more alkalinity you are also getting a rich mix of trace elements.
Replenish with fresh powder every 1 or 3 months ie if you are just using 2 x 1 L bottles and consuming one each day then change monthly if you are using multiple sources, like I do, then only need to change them every 3 months.
You can see in the pictures the change in pH level. The way I previously used this is to have a 1 L bottle sitting next to my computer I swap this over with the spare every couple of days i.e. allowing one to settle. For other uses i.e. a glass of water next to my bed I keep to 3.5 L glass bottles with taps in the kitchen again alternating each one. I empty bottles once every month or 2 and refresh with the a new teaspoon or dessert spoon of the Dolomite, Azomite & Diatomaceous Earth mix. What I've been doing now for the last few years is cycling two 3.5 L bottles with taps, see pictures. Just to note I also add about 100ml of Colloidal Silver to each 3.5 L jar each time I refill with water, just to ensure there is no bacteria development. Also you can purchase these parts separately and mix them together yourself, personally I have 3 jars one with Dolomite one with Azomite and one with DIatomaceous Earth, which I just add a heaped dessert spoon of the Dolomite and Azomite and a flat dessertspoon of the Diatomaceous Earth.
