Field Pea (Au) seeds for sprouting. (Sometimes called Sprouting Snow Pea, much less leaf then real Snow Pea but cheaper). If you want to use these in a salad you need to cut them before one week or just trim the top of the leaves because the stalk becomes chewy, as you probably noticed at the restaurant (to note this is not the case with the real SnowPea). But if you want to use these for a smoothly or for cooking then the chewy nature of the stalk becomes less of an issue and they are very good value.
