This is the base kit for growing Microgreens on a Grill insert, inside a 330 x 245 mm tray + a Germination cover. The main advantage of this system, is that you are replanting a full tray say once a week, instead of 1-3 punnets every time you have a salad, which is good if you eat a lot of salad. The other advantage of the grill system is that watering becomes simpler, as the paper towel creates a capillary effect until the roots penetrate through the slots, meaning the grow medium does not come into contact with the liquid in the reservoir below.

The kit comes with a tray so you need to select the tray colour.
