Microgreen Window Ledge Stand Base with Extensions

Base kit for one 470×170 tray. for indoor Window Ledge Micro-greens or Herbs. The kit is designed to help you grow micro-greens and herbs on narrow indoor window ledges, it comes with the options of 2 different types of stabilisation. If you have a very narrow window ledge i.e. 75 mm then the only option is to use the weight option, the tray is already set such that the centre of gravity is slightly towards the window but you will need to add the extra weights if you have this narrow area to work with otherwise you can use the extension arms. It also comes with the option of microgreens/herb organic based fertiliser and vermiculite, in most situations you would need this for growing microgreens, but you may have your own solutions so we do not added as a standard, also if you just want to put pot plants in the trays you may not need this. You can add extra options to this kit depending on what it is you wish to grow, you can also add an extra vertical shelf above. Also to note the reflectors work well with this stand..

Nutrients for Micro-greens & Herbs –

Seaweed fertiliser with Humate, WormWee, probiotic Micro – organisms to 1- break down the nutrients, 2- promote root development..

Pre-mixed Bio-active nutrients, made of – Probiotics, Seaweed, concentrated Worm-Wee (organic nutrients that have been bio-activated and concentrated using a worm farm.

The liquid Seaweed fertiliser (high in Iodine and trace elements) which is mixed with potassium humate, described as 50 million year old compost. Beneficial Micro-Organisms, sometimes called Em or Effective Microbes, a collection of microbes that are found in both soil and food such as yoghurt, cheese etc, when added to the soil/coco-fibre or mixed with the fertiliser they break down the organic nutrients making them even more bio-available to the plants. The probiotic Micro-Organisms, contain 15 different types of microorganisms was cultured using organic certified substances such as kelp and Azomite(a volcanic ash super-rich in trace elements).

So you have 1 option

1- do you need a sauce type cap for no drip pouring, these come by default in the kits so you probably don’t need it if you already have one.

Small squirt(5ml)/1L – Micro-greens & 30ml when rehydrating CocoFibre/block.
